Job Title: Masonicare Human Resources Intern Department: Office of Community Engagement Student Employment Type: Federal Work Study Responsibilities Assist with organizing onboarding materials, orientation packets, and employee communication Support recruiting activities such as posting preparation, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. Help maintain HR files, spreadsheets, trackers, and other records in an accurate and confidential manner. Prepare draft presentations, flyers, reports, and employee-engagement materials. Assist with training, recognition, survey, and special-event coordination. Conduct basic research on HR practices and summarize findings for the team. Provide general project and administrative support to HR team members as assigned. Qualifications Interest in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Hours of Position Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
