Financial Analyst
AST Defeasance is a leading boutique commercial real estate firm. Specializing in several areas of commercial real estate finance, AST is hired on several thousand transactions annually and is the largest firm in its field nationwide. No other company can combine ingenuity, know-how and customer service like AST.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build advanced financial models, process transactions, and perform intricate calculations.
Receive tailored training in core finance and real estate principles.
Play a key role in day-to-day operations, starting with mastering our programs and services, and progressing to managing individual projects and responsibilities.
Contribute to strategic decision-making by analyzing market trends and providing data-driven insights.
Bachelor's degree required
2 years' experience in real estate or finance a plus
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
Effective time management and ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Strong writing skills
Compensation is $60-75K
