Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows you to work remotely, connecting with clients through various virtual platforms. While you will be primarily based at home, you will also engage with clients in community settings as needed. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients presenting with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to enhance service delivery and achieve common goals, emphasizing a holistic approach.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop integrated care plans, ensuring coordination of services and a smooth flow of information between clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Manage a caseload and monitor patient progress, documenting treatment efforts, updating care plans, and ensuring adherence to admission, ongoing stay, and discharge criteria.

• Engage in crisis intervention; assess risk and safety in any situation necessitating immediate action, providing timely support to clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous records and timely report submissions while adhering to ethical and professional standards established by both Oak Leaf and relevant regulatory bodies.

• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance agency services and drive innovative solutions for better patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with limited access to mental health resources. You will be instrumental in addressing the unique challenges these underserved populations face, tailoring your approach to meet their specific cultural, social, and emotional needs. Building trust with clients from various traditions and beliefs is paramount, and your ability to connect will greatly enhance their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
