Location: Spring Hill / Nashville, TN

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary + commission

Willow Branch Landscapes is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Sales Manager to expand our Landscape Maintenance Division across Middle Tennessee.

This role is built for a proven B2B sales professional who understands the commercial landscaping industry and enjoys developing new business from the ground up. You'll identify prospective commercial clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, develop competitive proposals, and guide opportunities from initial conversation through close.

You'll also have the opportunity to grow relationships with existing clients, represent Willow Branch Landscapes within the local business community, and work closely with our leadership and operations teams as new accounts come on board.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new commercial landscape maintenance business through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, developers, HOAs, and other commercial decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing client accounts.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and track sales activity, KPIs, forecasts, and follow-up through the company's CRM.
• Participate in industry organizations, networking opportunities, and community events to strengthen Willow Branch Landscapes' presence in the market.
• Coordinate with leadership and operations on bids, new account transitions, and successful service start-ups.
• Stay current on competitors, market trends, and potential opportunities for new services or territory expansion.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the landscape maintenance industry.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Established understanding of commercial landscape maintenance sales and the needs of commercial clients.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple active opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to commute to Spring Hill, TN, or relocate prior to starting.
