Bookkeeper

Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports Verify payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations (outsourced, comes in-house for confirmation) Reconcile monthly credit card statements Vehicle registration renewals Send monthly invoices/statements to tenants Manage vendor payments, expense tracking, and job cost accounting. Coordinate with external CPAs for tax filings and financial audits Maintain organized financial records and ensure accurate data entry Requirements Requirements: 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience(real estate or construction industry preferred) Proficiency inQuickBooks(Desktop & Online)and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Strong understanding ofreal estate accounting principles Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
