Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients’ mental health needs and challenges, developing tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Regularly evaluate therapeutic progress by establishing and tracking specific therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to a diverse range of clients, ensuring accessibility for those facing challenges with transportation or mobility.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and readily available for necessary reviews.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest methodologies in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds, reflecting the rich and vibrant community of Columbus, Georgia. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and compassionately.

• A strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining professional boundaries while providing support.

• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient management of caseloads and responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
