Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' backgrounds, trauma histories, and identify tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide therapy sessions.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to confront and process traumatic experiences.

• Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, in addition to a competitive benefits package.
