About the Role Our client is actively seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Account Manager to join their distributed team. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts , ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively through various communication channels. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and ensure alignment with their evolving needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to deliver exceptional client experiences. Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks and enhance client relationships. Requirements Proven experience as an Account Manager , Key Account Manager, or similar client-facing sales role, ideally in a remote setting. Excellent remote communication , interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual collaboration tools. Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive revenue growth.
