About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Paid Media Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the global paid media strategy, with a strong focus on B2B audiences, precision targeting, and high-value decision-makers. To excel in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of paid media experience, and a proven track record of leading paid media strategy for complex global organizations. The role demands a strong commercial and analytical mindset, advanced knowledge of various paid media channels, and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in regulated environments, particularly within financial services or other highly regulated B2B sectors, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex business objectives into clear media strategies and execution plans, with a focus on quality of audience reach and measurable business impact.
