Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at One Mind Therapy Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Applying various therapeutic techniques and interventions to treat individuals and families facing emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating initial discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions in line with agreed treatment plans, adapting strategies as required.

• Developing and revising treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
\n
• Documenting all therapy services provided to each patient according to facility standards and ensuring compliance with professional regulations.
\n
• Maintaining a manageable caseload that allows for personalized attention to each patient.
\n
• Participating actively in treatment team meetings to ensure collaborative care and the sharing of best practices among staff.

• Demonstrating professionalism and empathy in interactions with clients to foster trust and therapeutic alliances.

• Addressing any patient concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to enhance patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass providing therapeutic services to a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a professional therapy provider in New Jersey (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with more than two years of direct clinical experience, particularly those who have worked with de-stigmatizing mental health therapy and implementing evidence-based practices, will be given preference. Familiarity with outpatient therapy settings is advantageous.
