Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the frequency, duration, and intensity of mood disorder symptoms in clients, documenting findings to guide treatment planning.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and preferences, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies, promoting informed and engaged participation in the healing process.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients suffering from various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Many of our clients face additional challenges related to homelessness, trauma, or domestic violence, making it essential for you to provide sensitive, informed, and holistic care. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will empower clients to explore their emotions, gain insights, and develop coping strategies to navigate their personal journeys toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
