The best is yet to come!Why you want this jobAs a channel manager for YouTube advertising, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy, execution,and performance of our YouTube campaigns. This includes everything from in-stream ads andYouTube Shorts to leveraging YouTube’s advanced targeting and analytics tools. Your role willbe pivotal in optimizing our YouTube presence, building brand equity, and driving key businessoutcomes such as traffic, leads, and conversions.While YouTube will be the primary focus of this role, you’ll also support paid social initiativesacross platforms such as Meta and TikTok. You’ll collaborate closely with Paid Social, Creative,and Analytics teams to develop channel-specific strategies, provide creative recommendations,and translate performance data into actionable insights.What you’ll doStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a YouTube-first advertising strategy that supports both brand and performance marketing goals.Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of YouTube advertising, including in-stream ads, bumper ads, YouTube Shorts, and other video placements. Optimize campaigns using Google Ads.Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Leverage YouTube’s targeting capabilities, including custom segments, affinity audiences, remarketing, and first-party data, to reach the right viewers at the right time.Creative Best Practices: Work closely with the Creative team to develop platform-specific assets, including skippable and non-skippable ads, Shorts, and long-form video, ensuring alignment with YouTube best practices.Performance Analytics: Use YouTube Analytics, Google Ads, and third-party tools to evaluate metrics such as view-through rate, watch time, click-through rate, cost per view, and conversions.Experimentation and Testing: Run tests across creative formats, video lengths, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance.Paid Social Support: Help support campaign execution, optimization, creative strategy, and reporting across paid social platforms within a team environment.Cross-Channel Creative Strategy: Identify creative insights and opportunities that can be applied across YouTube and paid social while accounting for the distinct behaviors and best practices of each platform.Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies across YouTube and paid social.Reporting and Insights: Create clear performance reports and translate campaign results into actionable recommendations for internal teams.What you'll needProven experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns and driving measurable business results.Working experience with paid social platforms such as Meta and/or TikTok, including campaign execution, optimization, creative evaluation, and reporting.Strong knowledge of YouTube ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, measurement capabilities, and optimization techniques.Demonstrated ability to develop video-first strategies that balance brand-building and performance outcomes.Experience developing testing strategies across creative concepts, formats, messaging, audiences, and campaign structures.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.A proven ability to make creative recommendations and collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Paid Social, and external partners.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field preferred but not required.PerksFree eye exams for your entire familyDeep discounts on lenses, glasses, and other servicesAmazing healthcare coverage401(k) matchFlexible PTOTuition reimbursement programIn-house restaurant with highly discounted meals (Steak dinner under $6)Free snacks, ice cream, and drinks every dayFull onsite gymWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
