Regional Vice PresidentWe are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Regional Vice President to lead a multi-market portfolio in the New York market surrounding regions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and leadership development across multiple markets with $40M–$60M in annual revenue.This role blends strategic leadership with field-based execution oversight, ensuring that each market operates at a high standard of efficiency, profitability, and accountability. The Regional Vice President will work closely with senior leadership to translate company strategy into measurable results across all locations while developing a strong pipeline of operational leaders.Regional Vice President - Benefits & Compensation:Competitive executive-level base salaryPerformance-based bonusFull medical, dental, and vision coverageFuture equity with strong company growthPaid time off and company holidaysHigh-visibility executive leadership role with direct impact on company growth strategyRegional Vice President – Requirements & Qualifications:5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit or multi-market operationsProven success managing full P&L responsibility for $20M–$60M+ portfoliosStrong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, EBITDA, and variance analysisDemonstrated ability to drive operational performance across multiple markets simultaneouslyExperience building accountability-driven cultures and high-performing leadership teamsStrong executive communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organizationAbility to balance strategic planning with field-level operational insightWillingness to travel regularly across assigned marketsRegional Vice President – Preferred Background & Skills:Background in waste management, environmental services, logistics, home services, or route-based operationsExperience in high-growth, multi-market organizationsProven track record of improving EBITDA and operational efficiency across multiple locationsExperience building and scaling leadership development programsFamiliarity with KPI dashboards, operational scorecards, and performance management systemsStrong ability to translate corporate strategy into field executionExperience leading decentralized teams in fast-paced operational environments
