Billing/Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices and subcontractor billings.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
- Verify invoice accuracy and obtain appropriate approvals.
- Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
- Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation.
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare customer invoices and progress billings.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections.
- Record customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Foundation, Viewpoint, or similar systems preferred.
