Business Development Representative

Stewart Painting Inc., a 40+ year, award-winning leader in painting, carpentry, power washing, and home remodeling, is seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to drive growth across the South Shore and Cape Cod.

This is a commission-driven role designed for serious earners who want to leverage a trusted brand, proven systems, and high-value projects to build a substantial income.

Responsibilities

Generate new business
Build relationships
Prepare estimates
Conduct site visits
Manage CRM pipeline
Coordinate with operations

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of success in sales or business development (construction, home services, or related industry preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to earn at a high level - Valid driver's license
