Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be primarily remote, providing you the convenience of working from home while also giving you opportunities to connect with colleagues and clients through a hybrid model. Our clinic operates in outpatient settings, and you will have access to beautifully designed offices when in-person appointments are warranted. We focus on work-life balance, offering a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, with optional weekends as desired.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative case discussions through regular staff meetings and one-on-one sessions with team leaders and clinical supervisors, fostering a team-oriented approach to patient care.

Your work at Urban Arc will focus on a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will support clients from various backgrounds and with varied mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, allowing for a rich and fulfilling professional experience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
