Description

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced digital team in a hybrid environment. This part-time role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing timelines, and supporting digital marketing activations. The Marketing Coordinator will partner with internal teams and external brand contacts to ensure marketplace activations are accurate, on schedule, and executed smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Category Management team with the planning and execution of digital marketplace activations
• Prepare event materials, templates, and other resources needed to support activation planning
• Maintain accurate activation details across internal planning and tracking systems
• Track updates throughout the activation lifecycle and ensure changes are communicated to cross-functional partners
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, following up with internal teams and brand partners to keep activations on schedule
• Conduct quality reviews during activations and document findings for follow-up and reporting
• Organize post-event documentation, recaps, and key learnings to support future activations
• Support administrative and coordination activities that contribute to the continued growth of the marketplace
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external brand contacts to ensure clear communication and accurate execution
• Identify and communicate potential timeline, data, or execution issues to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across activation materials, tracking information, and reporting

Must Have Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, retail, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related environment; internship experience is welcome
• Excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners

Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or digital marketing initiatives
• Experience with project management, planning, or workflow management tools
• Familiarity with digital activations, brand partnerships, or online marketplace environments
• Passion for beauty, retail, or e-commerce and an interest in helping brands succeed through digital channels
