• Assist in specimen collection and ensure proper sample preparation for testing.
• Maintain thorough documentation of lab procedures, guide new staff or students, and uphold rigorous quality control standards.
• Ensure a safe and orderly workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of credentials is required throughout the duration of employment.
