What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume cardiac catheterization lab environment
• Function as a circulating nurse, scrub nurse, or monitor/hemodynamic technician
• Assist with complex procedures including coronary diagnostic, TAVR, MitraClip, and peripheral interventions
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, perform critical patient assessments
• Support multiple functions within the cath lab, including sterile techniques and equipment operation
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities, supporting more advanced cases at WKMC North

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Driver's License for facility float duties
  • 3+ years RN experience, with 1.5+ years in Cath Lab
  • Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate for diverse procedures
  • Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, vascular, and structural heart interventions
• Preferred:
  • Experience with Merge hemodynamic systems, RCIS, or advanced vascular equipment
  • Strong critical thinking and sterile technique skills

About the Assignment

Join a leading healthcare team supporting complex interventional procedures including coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, structural heart repairs, and neuro interventions. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a team dedicated to providing exceptional cardiac care. Orientation includes one week at the Innovation Center and up to one additional week of precepting.
