• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday-Friday, 0700-1530, with rotating call shifts
• Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours

• Licenses/Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; Valid Driver's License required
• Experience: Minimum 3 years RN experience with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab, including complex interventional procedures

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab, supporting complex cardiovascular procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, angioplasty, and stent placements
• Perform vascular access, hemodynamic monitoring, and assist with imaging operations such as Philips systems and Merge monitoring
• Scrub for and monitor a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including STEMI, cardiogenic shock, and complex occlusions
• Support patient assessment, medication administration (including vasoactive drugs and sedatives), and sterile technique
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities, and serve as backup for WKMC North during high-acuity procedures
• Collaborate with charge nurses and other team members to ensure quality patient outcomes and safety

What You Need

• Required: RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; valid driver's license
• Experience: 3+ years RN experience, with specific recent (within last 1.5 years) Cath Lab background, including complex interventions
• Ability to scrub, circulate, and monitor invasive procedures involving coronary and peripheral vascular interventions
• Strong skills in vasoactive medication administration, critical patient assessment, and sterile technique
• Preferred: Experience with equipment such as Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy Atherectomy, and Merge monitoring systems
