What You'll Do

• Provide advanced nursing care in the Cath Lab, supporting complex interventional procedures including coronary diagnostics, TAVR, MitraClip, and peripheral interventions
• Float between multiple facilities in Shreveport, LA, ensuring seamless patient care across campuses
• Monitor and assist during cardiac catheterizations, hemodynamic assessments, and various diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, assess critical patients, and maintain sterile technique
• Support the cath lab team by circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring cardiac and peripheral vascular cases
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes during complex cardiovascular procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesia and tech staff

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year RN experience, with recent Cath Lab experience
• Ability to float between facilities as needed
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate for interventional cardiology procedures

Preferred:

• Experience with Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy Atherectomy devices
• Knowledge of Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Certification in vascular or interventional radiology supportive credentials
