What You'll Do

• Float routinely between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Willis Knighton Bossier hospitals
• Perform circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring roles in cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Support complex interventional procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, and neuro interventions
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation, assess critically ill patients, and maintain sterile technique
• Operate and support Philips imaging systems, EMR, IV pumps, and monitors such as Merge hemodynamic systems
• Assist with various case types including coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, TAVR, and more
• Work closely with charge nurses and other team members to ensure patient safety and procedural success

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid licensure as RN with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab within the last year
  • Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate for complex cases
  • Experience with vasoactive drugs, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical patient assessment
  • Valid driver's license for floating between facilities
• Preferred:
  • Experience with RCIS certification and neuro interventions
  • Familiarity with Merge monitoring system and ancillary equipment (IVUS, EKOS, laser)

About the Assignment

Join a dedicated interventional team supporting a leading healthcare facility in Bossier City, LA. You'll provide critical support in a high-volume Cath Lab environment, floating between locations, and contributing to complex cardiac and vascular procedures. Orientation includes one week at the Innovation Center plus up to one week of precepting. Weekend and overnight call responsibilities are part of the schedule.
