Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include diverse individuals and family units grappling with challenges such as relationship dynamics, parenting issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. By providing therapeutic services, you will play a vital role in helping clients develop healthier relationships, improve communication, and achieve emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and independent Oregon state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven experience of at least two years providing therapy and developing treatment plans, demonstrating clinical competence and empathy.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate meaningful connections with clients in remote therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
