Work Environment\n

This position is offered in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while you deliver essential services from the comfort of your home or preferred work environment. However, as a member of our outpatient team, you will maintain regular communication with your colleagues to collaborate on patient care and share insights. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of therapeutic activities aimed at supporting our clients:

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to assess their emotional and relational needs.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, each facing their unique challenges—ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and family dynamics. You will engage with clients who reflect various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and cultural competence within your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued in Arizona.
