Available Shifts Day Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Weekend availability as needed Responsibilities As a Resident Assistant, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with medication reminders as directed. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Support residents during meals and activities. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. QualificationsRequired Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience. Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude. Preferred CPR Certification (optional) Medication administration (optional) Experience working in Assisted Living, Home Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care settings.
