Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting that allows for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients. While the primary work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to accommodate client needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on individuals who are experiencing significant mental health challenges within our community. Patients may include adults with severe emotional disorders and children facing developmental or behavioral issues. Your work will not only support individual recovery journeys but also contribute positively to the overall health of the community by addressing mental health stigma and improving access to care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for mental health issues.

• Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services in a community or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
