We’re looking for an Executive Chef who owns the room, commands the kitchen, and sets a standard others must rise to. You lead from the front – shaping people, systems, and execution with intention – and you expect the kitchen to meet you there. Yes — this is a hands‑on role. You’ll be active for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, reaching, and moving easily through tight spaces.
