Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bring your passion for pediatric physical therapy to a dynamic school environment where you'll make a positive impact on students from Pre-K through high school. This contract opportunity spans the Extended School Year (ESY) from July 8, 2026, to July 30, 2026, with full-time hours for the academic year starting August 13, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm, for a total of 35 hours per week, supporting a diverse student caseload alongside a collaborative PT/PTA team.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Capability and willingness to travel between multiple campus locations (mileage reimbursement included)
• Fingerprinting required for those working with Pre-K students
• Early intervention experience and training in TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) for Pre-K evaluations are highly valued, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide direct physical therapy services to students at varying grade levels
• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Monitor and adapt therapy interventions as needed, ensuring services remain student-centered and evidence-based
• Contribute expert input in IEP meetings and provide staff training when appropriate
