Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience within school settings strongly preferred
• PTs with early intervention or Pre-K experience, especially those trained in TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) for Pre-K evaluations, are a plus (certification preferred but not required)
• Must complete fingerprinting requirement to work with Pre-K students
• Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, manage a dynamic caseload, and communicate with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students with diverse needs, supporting IEP goals across several schools
• Serve as part of a PT/PTA team responsible for approximately 50 students, with case assignments adjusted to keep travel as convenient as possible
• Conduct thorough assessments, provide interventions, and contribute to eligibility and planning meetings for students
• Document all services and progress as required by school and state regulations
• Participate in ESY (Extended School Year) programming (July 8–30, part-time morning hours) and regular school year (August 13–May 28, full-time hours)
• Travel between assigned school sites, covering all grade levels, with all travel time and mileage compensated
