Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture for a large-scale AI-led modernization program, transforming a mission-critical HP NonStop (COBOL/C++) platform into a modern Azure/.NET ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in legacy transformation, cloud-native architecture, and AI-led engineering practices, ensuring functional equivalence, scalability, and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture (application + data + integration)
- Experience in large-scale modernization / re-engineering programs
- Deep understanding of cloud-native design patterns (microservices / modular architecture)
Requirements
- .NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8, C#
- Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, ADF, APIs)
- API design, integration patterns, messaging
- Data architecture, ETL pipelines, migration strategies
- HP NonStop / Mainframe concepts
- COBOL, batch processing, legacy system design
- Experience with code analysis, reverse engineering, and rule extraction
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (GenAI / Agentic AI)
- Experience in AI-led delivery models (AI generates, human validates)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe / iterative delivery)
