Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on communication skills, fluency, voice clarity, and swallowing.

Collaborate closely with physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to formulate integrated care plans.

Provide education to patients and families, enhancing progress outside of clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech evaluations and interventions, ensuring a smooth continuum of care.

Maintain precise and timely documentation that aligns with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and engagement with colleagues.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for a diverse population, with a keen understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to modify treatment approaches to cater to varying cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
