Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, understanding client histories and identifying individual needs and risk factors.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, ensuring continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver individual and group therapeutic sessions aimed at promoting emotional resilience.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy formats to foster a supportive and engaging clinical environment, including family therapy sessions and crisis intervention.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to coordinate effective treatment approaches.

• Be available for on-call crisis intervention efforts to address urgent mental health situations as they arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary role will center around children, adolescents, and their families residing within the Los Angeles area. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid LCSW license in California.

• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting post-licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
