Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility with work-life balance at the forefront of our culture. Our flexible scheduling options accommodate both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts, ensuring you can work within your preferred schedule from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote meaningful change.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to assess their social, personal, environmental, and health-related information, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Evaluate and treat various emotional and behavioral issues while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards within the field.
\n
• Design, coordinate, and implement therapeutic programs and activities that address clients' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate effective cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, particularly in crisis situations, ensuring timely referrals to community resources when necessary.

• Establish and nurture mutual respect, acceptance, and trust in client relationships to promote open communication and recovery.
\n
• Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting plans and techniques in response to client feedback and progress.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions in accordance with established protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage a caseload that reflects the needs of the community while ensuring timely updates on case documentation and service delivery protocols.

• Provide individual clinical counseling while being open to performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical settings is required, demonstrating a robust understanding of mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior counseling experience specifically addressing issues related to behavioral health such as depression, anxiety, addiction, family counseling, and relationship dynamics.

• Experience working in detox or rehabilitation centers is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
