Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of interventions as a dedicated member of a collaborative team.

• Provide intensive support and guidance to families, empowering them with the tools and resources necessary for their child's development.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding social work practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. By providing specialized early intervention services, you will support families in navigating challenges related to physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. Your efforts will directly contribute to better long-term outcomes for these children, helping them acquire essential skills in their early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.
