Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine eligibility for services.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's needs.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate outcomes, adjusting services as necessary to optimize developmental progress.

• Provide direct support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to assist their children's learning and development.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations while employing evidence-based practices that align with Natural Learning Environment methodologies.
\n
• Foster strong relationships with children and caregivers, promoting a safe and enriching learning atmosphere.

• Utilize coaching models to deliver practical, hands-on training to families in their natural environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays and disabilities. Our Children's Services program is designed to support families of young children by aiding their growth in various domains: physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and communicative. Through targeted interventions, you will help these children acquire vital skills during their formative years, which can significantly impact their future development.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate field visits as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
