Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children identified as needing early intervention services.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the specific developmental needs of each child.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document progress towards developmental goals, ensuring adjustments are made as necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Provide educational support and resources to families, enabling them to foster their child’s growth through informed strategies.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention and pediatric mental health services.
\n
• Develop rapport with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.
\n
• Utilize effective communication skills to educate families about their child's developmental needs and available resources.
\n
• Initiate and maintain records accurately in compliance with health regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide support to young children, particularly those with disabilities or delays in development. You will engage with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure that each child receives tailored interventions that respect their unique backgrounds and needs. Your work will significantly impact these children's lives, helping them to strengthen physical, cognitive, emotional, and communication skills during this formative period.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health in the State of Texas.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to client sites as necessary.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of demonstrated experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices and Child Development Theory.

• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic approaches to accommodate various learning styles and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
