Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of each child and family.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's developmental status.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Provide informative and empathetic support to families, equipping them with skills to enhance their child's development.

• Facilitate coaching and natural learning environment teaching methods to encourage skill acquisition in various settings.

• Develop meaningful rapport with children, families, and peers to cultivate a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to recommend and adjust service frequencies based on the evolving needs of the child and family.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and the safety of all individuals involved.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young children aged birth to three years who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Your work will focus on guiding families through the emotional and practical aspects of early intervention, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches that respect families' values and cultures. This position is crucial in ensuring that children receive the necessary support to thrive in both medical and developmental contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
