Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays in children and create effective intervention strategies.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring plans to meet each child's unique needs.

• Monitor and track outcomes, actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, therapists, and educators, to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families, helping them navigate challenges related to their child's development and therapy.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning child welfare and therapeutic practices.

• Build rapport with children and families to foster a supportive and nurturing therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on infants and toddlers who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families to provide emotional, social, and educational support, ensuring that children meet important developmental milestones. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
