This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, providing the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Our structured work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a work-life balance that promotes participant well-being for both clients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs, strengths, and resources of clients.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored treatment methods aligned with each client's unique situation.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans that outline specific objectives and interventions to encourage client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct thorough risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
