Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibility of the Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker will be to deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals facing diverse mental health conditions. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring treatments are client-centered and reflective of individual preferences.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and care continuity.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers to coordinate holistic care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate the standard of care provided within our clinic.

• Providing valuable psychoeducation and support to patients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds and with varying degrees of mental health needs. This may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and many others. By applying solution-focused techniques, you will assist clients in setting and achieving their mental health goals, fostering resilience and improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license to practice independently in Washington state.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on relational trust and active listening.
