Key HolderThis role is a part time role and is responsible for opening and closing the store, managing the cash register. Their main duties include assisting customers and managing sales, plus ensuring the store is organized.Essential FunctionsSales & ServicesGreet every customer on entryExecute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunityOffer current promotions and special offersOperate the Point of Sale system accuratelyProvide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special ordersMaintaining the Store EnvironmentMaintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards, engages your consumer, and stimulates them to buyReceive and place new shipmentsReset features and promotions as directedComplete regular housekeeping tasksOpening & Closing ProceduresOpen and/or close the store as scheduledPrepare cash bank at openingPrepare and make nightly cash deposits at closingComplete opening or closing checklist for every shiftRequirementsQualifications/Basic Job Requirements:One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field)Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leaderSelf-motivated, passionate about the work you put out, lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindsetHigh integrity, accountability, reliability, and responsible individual who is open to feedbackCreate an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with the customer needsKnowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss preventionBasic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft officeAble to perform basic math functionsFlexible and strives in fast paced environmentAttention to detailJob Posting InformationPay Rate: see below at bottom of postingPart timeUp to 20 hours per weekWeekends as neededEvenings as neededThis posting will remain open until filled.
