Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that encourage young adults to share their experiences in a safe and supportive atmosphere, fostering community and connection among participants.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to help clients process their emotions and develop coping strategies tailored to their individual needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to build personalized treatment plans that emphasize goal-setting and address each individual’s unique challenges and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to regularly evaluate and document clients' progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care, share insights on client progress, and coordinate treatment approaches effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve young adults aged 18–30 who are navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Our outpatient treatment center is dedicated to providing evidence-based and holistic programs that cater to this demographic, allowing you to make a significant impact on their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LPCC license in California.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Excellent communication skills to facilitate group dynamics and encourage client participation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with young adults in a clinical setting, especially in telehealth or outpatient programs.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management of emergency situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
