Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments for clients, including gathering relevant biopsychosocial information to inform treatment.

• Craft detailed and strategic treatment plans with clearly defined, measurable goals tailored to each patient's needs.

• Maintain precise and timely electronic progress notes that reflect patient engagement and treatment progression.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions continuously; adapt therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Engage in meaningful communication with clients, their families, and other relevant practitioners to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to integrate various therapeutic modalities and resources into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will enable you to address their individual circumstances effectively, fostering a safe environment where clients are empowered to navigate their mental health journeys. The telehealth format allows us to reach clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy, making your role even more impactful.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.

• Minimum of two (2) years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency with telehealth software and electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
