Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote LPCC at Renewed Minds, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation and preferences.

• Utilize our comprehensive telehealth platform to communicate effectively with clients via audio/video sessions, journaling, and goal-setting features.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.

• Participate in peer consultations and case reviews to enhance clinical skills and ensure the best client outcomes.

• Facilitate a supportive and open dialogue with clients to promote mental well-being and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on providing care to adults dealing with low acuity mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief-related challenges. Importantly, our platform does not accommodate children or patients with severe mental health issues, ensuring that our counselors can concentrate on their strengths and areas of expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection and working phone, along with a PC or laptop for seamless client interactions (tablets are not permitted).

Preferred Experience\n

While a specific number of years of experience is not mandated, candidates with a background in telehealth or experience working with adult populations dealing with low acuity concerns will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with virtual counseling tools and methodologies is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
