The role is entirely remote, designed to offer flexibility in your work environment while ensuring a safe and productive space for counseling. You will have access to cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) for efficient documentation and compliance with insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare. We prioritize a HIPAA-compliant framework to facilitate secure telehealth sessions, allowing for seamless interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group counseling sessions to clients through a secure telehealth platform.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement personalized treatment programs focused on improvement of mental health symptoms, trauma recovery, and dual diagnoses.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create tailored strategies for each client, ensuring that their safety and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress using our cloud-based EHR, ensuring compliance with state regulations and insurance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals of various ages and backgrounds, many of whom are navigating complex mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will engage with a diverse group of clients and help empower them to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals through compassionate and effective counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong competency in various therapeutic modalities.

• Proficient in using technology for remote counseling sessions, including a reliable laptop/desktop computer, internet connection, and webcam.
\n
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity in a remote environment.

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health setting or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
