Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to address clients' needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention services, assessing immediate client needs and implementing appropriate interventions as warranted.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, documenting progress notes and treatment plans according to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to refine treatment strategies and ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide support and guidance to clients' families or support systems, facilitating discharge planning and aftercare resources as needed.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively, ensuring a high standard of care delivery through virtual platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong technical skills, including comfort with using MS Office applications, electronic medical records, and telehealth software.

Preferred Experience\n

• Knowledge of mental health resources and community supports available in the Reading, Pennsylvania area.

Compensation and Benefits\n
