Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, mental health history, and presenting issues, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to provide holistic care, ensuring all aspects of clients’ needs are addressed effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including progress notes and updates to treatment plans, to track client progress and outcomes.

• Engage regularly in clinical supervision and seek out professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge of emerging mental health trends.

In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Proficient in using technology for teletherapy, including secure telehealth platforms that facilitate documentation and client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pinnacle Diagnostic and Psychological Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
