Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on in-depth assessments and ongoing client feedback, ensuring it aligns with therapeutic goals and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations of clients dealing with mental health issues and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, or the ability to obtain licensure promptly.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a remote or telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
