Position Overview Position Description We are hiring a Quality Control Lab Assistant. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: Job Description Responsibilities: Provide documentation support of testing and monitoring activities in the QC General housekeeping of QC lab including cleaning and maintaining test equipment Receiving and logging testing sample into data base/test tracking systems Arrange testing sample to contract lab, and tracking sample and liaising with contract labs to ensure timely reporting of Record keeping of quality report, statistical reviews and relevant document Perform data entry for analysis Other relevant duties as assigned Required Skills/Education: Minimum 1 year college biology/chemistry. Current work towards B.S. in biology, chemistry, biochemistry or related scientific discipline preferred. 0-2 years of relevant General lab safety and adherence to Good Laboratory General knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Water Systems, Cell Culture, Chemistry, and Microbiology. General knowledge of basic laboratory equipment (scales, pH meters, etc). Good general knowledge of computer systems and productivity Ability to speak, write and read English. Good oral and written communication skills. Salary and Benefits: For California, the base salary range for this position is $20.84 - $27.19 per hour. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
