Job Description

A day in the life at our Groveport, OH 43125 facility

You arrive, gear up, and help the warehouse switch on for the day. Trailers back in. You verify what’s coming off the truck, stage it where it belongs, and make sure every item is ready to move. As orders drop, you pivot—picking precisely, packing securely, and handing off shipments so customers get exactly what they expect, right on time.

• Receive inbound freight: unload, verify counts and quality, and document variances.
• Organize product in assigned locations to keep inventory accurate and accessible.
• Pick customer orders with care, pack properly, and prepare them for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Support cycle counts and periodic audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep aisles, stations, and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Work closely with teammates to hit daily output and accuracy goals.
• Consistently follow warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior warehouse or similar experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and sound organizational habits.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory/warehouse systems.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Schedule flexibility, including willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Forklift certification is a plus (not required).

Your accuracy, pace, and commitment to safety keep our operation running smoothly and our customers happy. If you enjoy hands-on work and seeing the impact of your effort every day, you’ll thrive here.
